Review Invites Analytics

Measure the effectiveness of your review collection campaigns and optimise your invitation strategy.

Your Review Invites Analytics page shows you exactly how many invitations you've sent, how many converted into reviews, and which channels and methods drive the best results.

Note: This page only tracks invitations sent from the portal (email, SMS, and WhatsApp). For channels like share links, QR codes, and organic reviews, Hellopeter can track the reviews received but not how many people were invited - so conversion rates aren't available. To see reviews from all sources, go to Insights > Reviews and check the Hellopeter Reviews by source breakdown.

This data helps you understand the effectiveness of each portal-sent invitation method, so you can focus more effort on high-performing channels.

Accessing Review Invites Analytics

Navigate to Insights > Review Invites in your portal. You'll see metrics and breakdowns for all review invitations sent across your selected date range.

Tip: Compare invite performance across different date ranges to spot seasonal trends or measure the impact of changes you've made to your collection strategy.

Core Invite Metrics

At the top of your dashboard, three stat cards summarise your invite performance:

Invites Sent - The total number of review invitations dispatched in your selected period. Track the percentage change to see whether you're ramping up collection efforts.

Conversions - How many sent invitations resulted in completed reviews. The percentage shows your conversion rate. This is your key performance metric.

Not Converted - The number of invitations that didn't result in a review, with conversion rate. This gap represents opportunity - could faster follow-ups or clearer messaging help?

Invites vs Conversions Over Time

This area chart displays the trend of sent invitations versus conversions over your selected period. The gap between the two lines represents unconverted invites.

Use this to spot:

•       Seasonal dips - Certain months may have lower conversion rates

•       Impact of changes - If you tweaked your copy or timing, did conversions improve?

•       Growth patterns - Is your conversion rate stable, climbing, or declining?

Channel Performance

Each channel card shows:

•       Total invitations sent and your conversion rate

•       Summary row - Counts of Sent, Converted, and Pending invites

•       Progress bar - Visual representation of conversion rate

Expand to View Delivery Methods

Within each channel, invitations are sent through different methods. Click View delivery methods to see the breakdown. Each method shows its own conversion rate and performance metrics.

Tip: WhatsApp typically outperforms other channels because it's more personal and has higher open rates. However, test all methods to find what works best for your customer base.

Conversion Rate by Method

This horizontal bar chart ranks all your delivery methods by conversion performance. The method with the highest conversion rate appears at the top.

Use this to focus your efforts:

•       If WhatsApp converts at 8% but email at 2%, focus more effort on WhatsApp

•       But also consider reach - a lower-converting channel might reach more customers

•       Test messaging within each channel to improve weak performers

Actionable Insights

Here's how to use this data to improve your results:

Focus on high-converting channels - If one channel converts significantly better than others, shift more of your collection efforts there. Monitor changes over time to ensure the trend holds.

Improve timing and messaging - If conversions dipped after a change, revert and test alternatives. Small tweaks to timing or wording can lift conversion significantly.

Set conversion targets - Establish a baseline conversion rate goal (e.g., "We want 5% conversion on email"). Track progress and adjust strategy to hit targets.

Expand the funnel - If conversions are low across all channels, the issue may not be channel selection but customer readiness. Consider the timing of when you send invitations relative to the customer interaction.

Empty State

If you haven't sent any review invites yet, the page displays an empty state. Click Collect your first review to launch your first invite campaign via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
