See exactly how your review invitations perform. Monitor open rates, click rates, conversion, and resend unconverted invites to boost review collection.
Every invitation you send tells a story. The Invite History page shows you that full story - from delivery to review. You'll understand which channels work best and which customers haven't converted yet.
Navigate to Collect → Invite History to see all review invitations across all channels.
At the top of the page, four cards show your overall metrics:
Total Sent - Every invitation you've sent across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Google.
Opened - How many email invitations were opened, shown as a count and percentage of all emails sent. SMS and WhatsApp don't support open tracking, so only email metrics appear here.
Clicked - How many customers clicked the review link in an email. Again, this is email-only data. The percentage shows conversion relative to emails opened.
Reviews Collected - The number of reviews actually submitted across all channels. This is your conversion rate - the percentage of total invitations that led to a review.
All metrics respect your date filters, so you can zoom in on weekly performance or compare month-to-month trends.
Below the stat cards, the Channel Performance section breaks down metrics by invitation type.
You'll see rows for:
• Hellopeter Email
• SMS / WhatsApp
• SMS / Landing Page
• Google Email (if your Google account is connected)
Each row shows how many invitations were sent via that channel, how many were opened (email only), clicked (email only), and converted. This tells you immediately if, say, WhatsApp outperforms email, or if your Hellopeter Email open rate is slipping.
Tip: If SMS outperforms email for you, consider increasing the percentage of invitations you send via SMS. Conversely, if email open rates are strong, you might shift the balance toward email.
Filtering and searching invitations
Use the filter panel to dig deeper into specific segments of your data.
Search by customer name, email, or phone number. This is useful when you want to see the full journey of one customer.
Date range - Last 7 days, Previous month, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, All time (default), or Custom. Pick the window that answers your question.
Status - All, Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, or Reviewed. Filter to "Reviewed" to see only customers who've submitted a review. Filter to "Opened" to see email opens but no review yet - these are good candidates for a resend.
Channel - Filter to a single channel (Hellopeter Email, Google Email, SMS/WhatsApp, SMS/Landing Page) to isolate performance data.
Source - All (default), Manual (one-off invites), or a specific Batch upload (shown as "Batch - [date] ([count] contacts]"). This helps you compare the performance of bulk uploads against manual sends.
Combine filters to answer questions like: "Which customers opened my email but didn't click in the last 7 days?" or "How did my WhatsApp campaign perform last month?"
The complete invitation history table
Below the filters, a detailed table shows every invitation you've sent.
Contact - Customer name (bold), email, and phone number.
Channel - Colour-coded badge showing SMS/WhatsApp (green), SMS/Landing Page (amber), Hellopeter Email (navy), or Google Email (blue).
Status - Colour-coded badge with an icon. You'll see Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Reviewed, Bounced, Failed, or Pending. A "Resent" badge appears alongside if this invitation has been resent.
Sent - The date the invitation was sent.
Opened - The date the email was first opened (or a dash if not opened or not email).
Reviewed - The date a review was submitted. If a review exists, you can click this date to view the full review.
Opens - The total number of times an email was opened.
Sort by Contact (alphabetical), Status (alphabetical), or Sent date (newest first by default).
Resending review invitations to boost conversion
Not every customer reviews on the first invite. You can resend to customers who haven't converted yet.
A persistent banner reminds you: Invitations that have not converted can be resent once.
Here's what's eligible for resend:
• The invitation must be at least 7 days old.
• You can only resend each invitation once.
• Reviewed invitations cannot be resent (they've already converted).
To resend:
Check the boxes next to eligible invitations. Ineligible rows show a disabled checkbox with a tooltip explaining why - "Already reviewed", "Already resent on [date]", "Available to resend in X days", or "Bounced/failed (undeliverable)".
Select as many as you want, then click Resend Invites in the bulk action bar. A confirmation appears, then your invitations go out immediately.
Note: Resending doesn't use additional review credits. You've already paid for the original invitation - resends are free.
Sort the table by Status = "Clicked" or "Opened" to find warm leads who engaged but haven't reviewed. These are your highest-probability resend targets.
Exporting and reporting
The table supports pagination - choose 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows per page depending on what you need to review.
You can take screenshots of the performance cards and channel table for internal reporting. For detailed exports, contact our support team - we can provide CSV exports of your full invitation history.
Plan and feature availability
Invite History is available to all plans: Free Trial, Growth Monthly, Growth Annual, and Premium.
Google Email data only appears if your Google Business Account is connected. All other channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Hellopeter Email) work across all plans without additional setup.
