Choose the right plan for your business. Learn how review credits, reply credits, and monthly limits work.
Hellopeter offers three subscription tiers: Free Trial, Growth, and Premium. Each plan includes a different number of review invitations, review credits, and reply credits per month. Understanding these limits helps you pick the right plan and plan for growth.
This guide explains what each credit type does and how they work across plans.
What Are Credits?
Credits are your allowance to take action in Hellopeter.
Review Credits - Allow you to unlock customer contact details on a review. Not all reviews consume a credit. Reviews that come through portal email or SMS (landing page) invitations do not consume a review credit. Reviews that come through WhatsApp do consume a review credit, whether the customer got there from an SMS with a WhatsApp link, the WhatsApp button inside an email invitation, or your WhatsApp share link. So do reviews from share links, QR codes, widgets, and reviews written directly on Hellopeter. Once you have unlocked a customer's details, you can view them as many times as you want without consuming additional credits.
Reply Credits - Allow you to write your first reply to a review. Like review credits, reply credits are only consumed for reviews that did not come through a portal email invitation or an SMS landing page invitation. Replies to those invite-sourced reviews are free and unlimited. Replies to WhatsApp reviews use a reply credit. Once you have replied to a review for the first time, follow-up replies to the same review are free regardless of source.
Review Invitations - Allow you to send review requests via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Google. Each invitation sent costs one invite, regardless of channel.
How credits are allocated depends on your billing cycle. Monthly plans receive a fresh allocation at the start of each month. Annual plans receive all credits upfront for the full year. Unused credits do not roll over - they are tied to your subscription period.
Tip: Track your usage on the Billing page. You'll see progress bars showing how many review invites, review credits, and reply credits you've used this month.

No payment is required upfront. During sign-up you can choose to pay by card or EFT. If you provide a card, your details are saved but you are not charged during the trial - billing starts automatically when the trial ends. If you do not provide a payment method, your trial expires after 14 days and you will need to select a plan to continue.
Growth Plans
Growth plans are flexible and affordable. Choose between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing gives you 10% off your first year.
Growth plans come in 4 tiers. Pick the tier that matches your expected volume.

The annual price is twelve months at the monthly rate, with 10% off your first year. Annual allocations are provided upfront for the year.

Plan info: Growth Monthly plans do not include add-on credits. If you need more credits, you can upgrade to a higher Growth Monthly tier, switch to Growth Annual, or move to Premium.
Premium Plans
Premium is for high-volume businesses. All Premium plans are billed annually and include generous limits or unlimited access.

P4 is the ultimate plan: unlimited everything. If you need unlimited invites, credits, and premium features, P4 is the best value.

Buy Extra Credits and Invites (Add-Ons)
If you run out of credits or invites before your next billing cycle, you can purchase add-ons. Add-ons are only available on annual plans (Growth Annual and Premium P1 and P2). P4 has no add-ons because everything is unlimited. Growth Monthly does not support add-ons - if you're on Growth Monthly and need more, you can upgrade to a higher monthly tier, switch to Growth Annual, or move to Premium.

When you purchase add-on review credits, you receive an equal number of reply credits included. You cannot purchase reply credits separately.

How to buy add-ons:
When you run out of credits or invites, you will be prompted to purchase add-ons inline. Choose how many you need, confirm payment, and they are added to your balance immediately. Add-on credits and invites expire at the end of your current billing cycle if not used.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
You can change your plan anytime from Billing in the sidebar.
Plan changes take effect immediately and your billing cycle resets to the date of the change. For example, if you upgrade from Growth G1 Monthly to G2 Monthly on the 10th, your new billing cycle runs from the 10th. Switching billing cycles (e.g., monthly to annual) also resets the billing cycle to the change date.
There is no proration. Your new plan starts fresh from the change date. Unused credits from your previous plan do not carry over.
Understanding Your Usage
Your usage for the current month appears on the Billing page. You'll see three progress bars:
• Review Invites - How many invitations you've sent out of your monthly limit
• Review Credits - How many customer details you've viewed
• Reply Credits - How many public replies you've posted
Bars turn amber when you're at 75% of your limit and red at 90%. Unlimited plans show a green "UNLIMITED" badge.
Note: Monthly plans reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Annual plans receive all credits upfront, so the usage bar shows your remaining balance for the year.
Which Plan Should You Choose?
Free Trial - Perfect for testing. You get 14 days to explore the platform at no cost.
Growth - Best for small to mid-sized businesses. You get a set number of invites and credits at a predictable price. Choose monthly if you're unsure; upgrade to annual if you can commit for a year. We've found that customers who commit to a full year of using Hellopeter are more successful in growing a trusted online presence, building social proof, and becoming more discoverable. Since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage the practices that support it.
Premium - Best for large businesses or high-volume review collection. You get more seats for your team, premium analytics features, and either generous limits (P1 and P2) or unlimited access (P4).
Cancellation and Renewal
• Growth Monthly plans are cancelled at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
• Growth Annual and Premium plans are cancelled at the end of the annual billing cycle.
Auto-renewal: If your payment method is a credit card, your subscription auto-renews. To stop auto-renewal, you can remove your card details in the portal or contact us via live chat or email
billing@hellopeter.com before your next billing cycle date.
Renewing early? If you pay for your renewal before your billing cycle date, your current plan continues to run until the renewal date. The new subscription only takes effect from your billing cycle renewal date, not the date you made payment.
What happens if you don't renew? Your account will be suspended. Log into the portal and select a plan to regain access. Your billing cycle resets to the date you reactivate.
Renewal invoices:
• Annual (EFT): invoice sent 60 days before renewal, with reminders at 30, 10, and 1 day before.
• Monthly (EFT): invoice sent 10 days before billing cycle date.
• Credit card (all plans): invoice issued on billing cycle date after the transaction is processed.
